How do I place an order?

Browse our collection and add your selected items to cart. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip Pay. For larger or more tailored orders, contact us at hello@byottova.com — our team will guide you through the process.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Afterpay and Zip Pay are available at checkout on eligible orders, allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free instalments.

Can I get design advice before purchasing?

Absolutely. Share your space with us via our Contact page — including photos or dimensions — and we'll recommend pieces suited to your layout, at no cost.

Delivery

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes — we deliver across all Australian states and territories, including metro, regional, and rural areas. We also ship to New Zealand. For international delivery, please contact us for a tailored quote.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days, with delivery taking 3–10 business days depending on your location. Made-to-order pieces are produced and shipped within 4–8 weeks. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Is there free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500 AUD. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout before payment.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for change-of-mind purchases. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, and cover all associated shipping costs.

Are your products covered by warranty?

We provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Our products are also covered by guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
